Repair or Replace the Refrigerator?

The failed part, repair price, age of the refrigerator, and parts availability all matter. Some older refrigerators are still worth repairing. If the part is no longer available or the repair is too close to replacement cost, we'll say so. We also install the new refrigerator if replacement makes more sense.

Before the Appointment

If the refrigerator just stopped cooling, unplug it once, plug it back in, and give it a few minutes. When you call, tell us when the temperature changed, whether the fans are running, and the brand and model number.
