Before the Appointment

If the dishwasher is leaking, stop the cycle. If the active leak continues, switch off power at the breaker and shut off the water supply if you can do both safely. Wipe up standing water only after the power is off and the area is safe to approach.

When you call, tell us what the dishwasher is doing and when the problem happens: filling, washing, draining or drying. Share any error code on the display and have the brand and model number ready if possible. You do not need to identify the failed part or pull the dishwasher out before the appointment.
