Before You Call
Have the appliance brand and model number ready if you can. Tell us what the appliance is doing and when the problem started. If a washer is leaking, shut off the water to the machine before calling.
Service Call and Pricing
The in-home service call is $99 plus tax, or $159 out of area. If you approve the repair, the service-call fee is applied to the repair price. Installation and dryer vent cleaning prices are provided by phone.
