Privacy Policy
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers barnardappliancerepair.com, the website of Barnard Appliance Repair Inc.It explains what the site collects when you contact us and how that information is used. It was last updated August 28, 2026.
Information You Send
The service request form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address, the appliance or service you select, and your message. The form also records the page it was sent from.
When the form reaches our server, it records the referring page, campaign tags in the page address, and the browser user-agent string. The IP address is converted to a one-way hash before it is stored. These records help us route the request, confirm delivery, and identify automated spam.
How We Use It
We use the information to answer your request, schedule service, prepare for the appointment, and keep a record of the request. We do not sell or rent contact-form information, and we do not add it to a marketing list.
Where It Goes
Vercel runs the website. Supabase stores the service request. Resend sends it to our email inbox. Slack receives a delivery notice so a failed email can be caught. These providers handle the information as part of running the form and delivering the request.
Website Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to record page views, clicks on phone links, and successful form submissions. Contact-form fields are not sent to Google Analytics. Google may collect device, browser, and general location data and may set analytics cookies under its own privacy terms. The site does not run advertising pixels or session recording.
Keeping and Removing It
Contact records are kept while we respond to the request and as needed for business, warranty, tax, or legal records. To ask what information we have, correct it, or request deletion, call (215) 960-7521 or email barnardappliancerepair@gmail.com. You can also use the contact form.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging appliance service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the updated version will replace it here with a new date.
